Tourist and recreation complex Palace is situated in the old (early 20th century) building an Yalta's center - just 100 meters away from the seafront, A.P. Chekhov Theater and concert hall 'Ubeleiny'

The complex has 37 rooms in different categories: from standard to suites. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, cable TVs, telephones with direct access to the city, inter-city and international network, and high-speed internet access. Accommodation cost includes smorgasbord breakfast.

Located on the ground floor, the restaurant 'Palace' has three rooms: dining room for 40 seats, banquette room for 10 seats and Hunter's room with fireplace for 20 seats. Its menu offers Ukrainian and European dishes.

Conference hall for 35-40 seats is also at guests' disposal. It is equipped with projector, screen, TV, and Wi-Fi internet access.
