Mini-hotel Solnechnyi Zamok is situated in Sudak's eastern part on the Fireynaya Mountain slope. Seafront and water park lie just in 15 minutes' walk. There are several cafes, shop, and parking lot near the hotel.

The hotel features 12 individually designed rooms in two categories: comfort and economy. Comfort rooms are fitted with separate bathroom unit, air conditioner, fridge, TV set, DVD-player. There are beds or couches, wardrobe, bedside tables, electric kettle, fan. Economy rooms have beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, table, mirror. There is common bathroom unit (one for 4-5 people) for guests living in such rooms.

Guest kitchen for cooking light breakfast, homemade lunch or delicious dinner, is at guests' disposal. The kitchen is fitted with everything necessary for cooking and food storage: gas ovens, sinks with hot water, fridges, steamers, juicers, blenders, electric kettles, utensils.

There is a garden with alpine hills, flower gardens and little pond with fish, as well as arbours on the Solnechnyi Zamok's territory. Guests may take a rest at sunny terrace or in large hall with library and music instruments.
