Restaurant and hotel complex Sherlock Holmes is situated in Yevpatoria's first resort zone, 300 meters away from the Black Sea. There are children's playground and amusement park nearby.

The hotel features 9 rooms: three Suites and six Junior Suites. All rooms are fitted with TV sets with cable TV, refrigerator, individual air conditioning and heating system, bathroom unit, shower stall or bath (depending on category); there are electric kettle/coffee maker, ironing board, microwave oven. All rooms have balconies. Cold and hot water supply is round-the-clock.

A namesake restaurant works on the Sherlock Holmes Hotel's ground floor. It offers traditional European and Oriental dishes. There is also a cafe located on the summer ground.
