Hotel 'Polyana Skazok' is situated several kilometers away from Yalta's center, in one of the most picturesque corners at Southern Coast of Crimea - at foot of the Ai-Petri Mountain's southern slope. The famous Botkinskaya Path, leading to Uchan-Su waterfall, starts on the hotel's territory.

The hotel features two three-storey buildings, cottages and comfortable cabin houses. In all, 65 rooms are available. Each room has a set of necessary furniture, fridge, TV set, air conditioner, telephone, bathroom unit.
